Q: When will I receive my package?
A: Once the preorders close on August 20th, an order will be placed for all of the merchandise and zines. Expect around to a 4-8 week wait time before we begin shipping out orders. Orders should ship out by mid-september to early october.
Q: When will I receive my digital copy of the zine?
A: Once all physical orders are shipped out, we will send the digital PDF's.
Q: Can I return my products?
A: Sorry, all sales are final.
Q: Something came broken!
A: While we are not responsible for any damage caused by the postal service, please contact us with photographs of the damaged items and we will see if we have extra stock in order to send you a replacement. We do not promise we will be able to send you a replacement.
Q: Where will the profits go?
After producing and packaging the zine and merchandise, all proceeds will go to the zine's contributors and purchasing their copies of the zines.
Q: Can we resell the zines or merch?
No. By purchasing you do not gain the rights to resell the zine or the merchandise.
